Go the Piaggio!

Hey guys,

Well I had quite the exciting day today! I bought a scooter! As the title says... Go the Piaggio! WOOOOO :D
As I said before, I'll give you fair warning when I'm on the road. So here's your warning: I shall be driving around tomorrow! In Wellington, so watch out lol.
It's quite the magnificent little beast. Is so red and so pretty! :D
Only thing is I had a bit of an incident whilst out driving with my partner. Forgot to let go of the accelerator when I got off... Hmmm... If he wasn't there then my scooter would be in some poor persons front yard right now!
But anyway, I survived and have lived to tell the tale! It's quite the exhilarating experience scooting around on a scooter. They don't go awfully fast, but since I'm a driving n00b, 20kms is fast in my book!

So I have been thinking about this so-called tax cut we New Zealander's will be getting in the coming few days. I myself am not overly impressed by it. To be honest, I'm actually bloody pissed off about it! From the news, etc I have read on the matter, it would seem that someone in my earning bracket (fuck all) will, after GST goes up to 15%, get about $3 extra a week. Now how the fuck is that fair?? People in the highest earning bracket (so much you can wipe your ass with it), will end up with about $90 extra a week i think. Again, HOW THE FUCK IS THAT FAIR?? Shouldn't it be that those who earn fuck all should get the bigger tax cut? Now that measley extra $3 will probably end up being (for me anyway) negative $20 since I will have to spend more on fucking food to survive! I really, strongly dislike the National party right now. And I'll tell you this, when elections roll round again, I'M VOTING LABOUR! And failing that they have anything to offer me, I will vote for the Bill and Ben Party. Like I should have last year but being too hungover, couldn't read properly. But that's another story.
FUCK YOU NATIONAL AND YOUR SHIT TAX CUT AND BASTARDLY GST INCREASE!

Anyway, in something more positive... Flight of the Conchords are to be on a new episode of the Simpsons. Yay! And apparently they mention Wellington. Go you Conchords! Many of you possibly know this already, but since I have been otherwise occupied all day, I just learnt this now.

Quick question; Paul Henry. Love him or hate him?
I'm sitting on the fence with this one. A few weeks ago I was in the "love" column. But after hearing him disrespect females with tattoos I'm more in the "hate" column now. I took offence to this personally, as I myself am a female with many a tattoo. I'd like to see Paul Henry sit through a tattoo. I don't think he could handle it! If you're reading this Paul (unlikely, but hey), yes that IS a challenge.

So this blog has just turned into a bitch session today! Haha. Ah well, gotta vent!
I'll leave it at that though. But if anyone has some nice news about the "tax cuts" feel free to comment on here and share it with me.

PS: Was I the only one that felt fucked over by daylight savings this weekend? I fully forgot about it and when I woke up on Sunday morning my phone said 10am but in reality it was 11am. Thanks Vodafone for automatically changing the time, you suck balls. Glad to hear I wasn't the only one who's phone didn't change time. Turns out there were problems with the IPhone too.
